Request permanent deletion of your Sailor Piece account and all associated data.
Warning: This action is irreversible
The following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- •Your profile information (name, email, profile picture, bio)
- •All chat messages — group chats and private conversations
- •Your trade listings and trading history
- •Reviews and ratings you have given or received
- •Your inventory, wishlist, and favourites
- •Push notification settings and device tokens
- •Pro subscription status (cancel via App Store / Google Play first)
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does account deletion take?
We process deletion requests within 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted.
Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you want to use Sailor Piece again you will need to create a brand new account.
What about my active Pro subscription?
Please cancel any active subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before submitting this request. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel platform-managed subscriptions.
Will my public content be removed?
Yes. All your trades, chat messages, and reviews will be permanently removed from our servers across the website and mobile apps.
Can I just delete my data without deleting my account?
Yes. Email us at [email protected] and specify which data you would like removed. We will action your request within 30 days.
